The short version
This website does not collect personal data. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, and has no forms, accounts or logins. You can read every page on this site without telling us anything about yourself.
The only way this website passes your personal data to us is if you choose to email one of the addresses published on it.
Who we are
Rubix Networks Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, with its registered office at 138 Cecil St, #09-02 Cecil Court, Singapore, is the organisation responsible for this website. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company.

What we collect, and when
From browsing this site: nothing. No cookies are set by us. No analytics or advertising services are loaded. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not fingerprint devices.
From emailing us: if you write to info@rubix.net, careers@rubix.net or any other address published here, we receive whatever you put in that message. For a job application that will normally include your name, contact details and career history, because you chose to send them.
From our hosting provider: like any website, this site is served by infrastructure that processes technical connection data, including IP addresses, in order to deliver pages and to protect the service. That processing is carried out by our hosting provider under its own terms, and we do not combine it with anything else or use it to identify you.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use what you send us for the purpose you sent it for: to answer your question, to consider your application, or to continue a conversation you started. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act we rely on the consent you give by choosing to contact us. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
Our email and business software providers process messages on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations. We may disclose personal data if we are legally required to. Beyond that, we do not pass it to third parties.
Some services linked from this site, including the Rubix Explorer, Xell Wallet, code repositories and the websites of ecosystem projects, are operated separately and have their own privacy practices. This policy does not cover them.
Where it is held, and for how long
We are based in Singapore, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of a jurisdiction that restricts such transfers, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the matter it concerns, and then delete it. Job applications are kept for the duration of the hiring process and for a reasonable period afterwards unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to complain to your national supervisory authority. If the PDPA applies, you may withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, write to info@rubix.net. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Public networks are different
Rubix is a public distributed ledger. Information recorded on it, including token chains and transaction records, is by design public, verifiable and permanent. It is not held by us, we cannot alter or delete it, and a request to erase personal data cannot extend to records on a public network. Consider carefully what you place on any public ledger.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
